Humble Beginnings
"Allow me to introduce myself—my name is Jens, founder of Dragonflame Chai and House of Anuk. The inspiration behind these visions came from my journey of following my highest excitement in each moment. It was a path into the unknown, taking it one step at a time, unsure of where we were headed or what we were trying to achieve. I struggled for a long time, doubting what I knew to be true, trying to force things that didn’t want to happen, or holding onto things that no longer served me. The journey wasn’t always easy, but with each new day and experience, the vision evolved and adapted, unfolding as it needed to in every moment. And now, here we are."
Life Too is a Journey
Life itself is a continual unraveling of decisions that create a unique story. Every choice, every thought, every action is a thread in the tapestry of life itself. And this is why House of Anuk exists: because you, too, write your own story. The journey is yours and yours alone. You set the path, you create the rules. It’s a dance of destiny, and how you choose to play it is entirely in your hands.
We never fully see the finished product until the journey is complete, and the irony is that the journey is ever unfolding. So how did we get here? It matters not. We might not even know the answer to that question, for it isn't one that can truly be answered in its fullest extent. What matters is that we are here and now, sharing this moment together. Recreating ourselves, every moment, every second—each new choice, each decision, a new way of being. A new thought. A new action. A new reflection. A new creation. The process of creation and evolution is the process of life.
And just as this is so, I would like to express that I am deeply honored to bring this vision to life—a vision that is a direct reflection of who I am and what I have to offer the world. My path here began from humble beginnings, simply following my heart and inner guidance. Each step has brought me closer to this moment, and I am grateful for every piece of the journey that has led me to where I am today.
Looking ahead, our goal is to create tea shops integrated with healing centers around the world—spaces where people can connect, share, and heal together. At the heart of these centers will be tea and connection, offering a sanctuary from the isolation that can stifle the spirit. While we know we are never truly alone, we still seek others to share this life with. This is the gift of life, and we are here to bring light back to the spirit of connection, one cup of tea at a time.
We are dedicated to bringing sacred medicine and ceremony to the world, playing our part in this greater vision. As orchestrators of change, we dance with the spirit of life, guiding others toward deeper connection and awareness.
